“同题异构”教学研究活动总结表彰会顺利举行
The teaching and research activities of "heterogeneity of the same topics" were successfully held under IB concept
近日,我校教师同聚图书馆,举行“同题异构”教学研究活动总结表彰暨IB理念下教师培训动员大会。会议开展了五项具体内容,包括蔡敏主任总结回顾“同题异构”活动,尹枝红主任对教师进行培训动员,李功良校监对教学做出宏观安排,王满英校长总结讲话,并对在“同题异构”研究活动中表现优异的教师个人和集体进行了表彰。
Recently, Teachers gathered in the library to hold the teaching and research activities of "heterogeneity of the same topics" under IB concept.
首先,蔡敏回顾和肯定了“同题异构”教研活动。该活动从巽寮湾会议拉开质量建设大幕,通过“学课标”——高占位把握课标 立体式驾驭教材、“专家引领”——教科院专家莅临 引领教师专业成长、“观摩三风课堂”——公民帮扶促发展 翠园初中观“三风”、“同题异构”——互听互评正衣冠 共学共研齐成长。王满英校长、李功良校监在研究活动中身先士卒,不仅躬身听课、及时交流,而且分别给老师们带来了精彩而有深度的学术指导,切切实实地提高了我校教师的教学水平。
First of all, Cai Min reviewed and affirmed the teaching and research activities of "heterogeneity of the same topics".
蔡敏在总结中,展示全校公开课的亮点、精彩瞬间、上课的节数、听课人次,以及说课、评课的会议次数,用画面和数字肯定了本次研究活动:一是增强“四个意识”:以生为本;以学定教;目标意识;小组合作意识。二是实现“三个转变”:被动变主动;变讲堂为学堂;演示实验变学生探究实验。三是初步体现了“一线三生”课堂教学理念:从生活出发,营造和谐自然的生态,让孩子的思维形成,智慧生长。活动的开展真实有效地促进了教师们的教学水平的提升。蔡敏希望广大教师:研读教材有绝活,教学设计有绝招,反思写作有绝技,让自己成为学生百读不厌的大书。
Cai Min hopes that teachers will have unique skills in studying teaching materials, unique skills in teaching design, and unique skills in reflective writing, so that they can become great books that students never tire of reading.
紧接着,尹枝红对全体教师进行IB理念下教师培训动员。他分享了自己多年的教学经验和心得体会,对即将开展的全校IB培训进行了解读,他希望老师们多多参与,提高自己的IB理论水平及实际操作水平,为以后在国际学校的职业生涯打下坚实基础。
Then, Yin Zhihong trained and mobilized all teachers under the IB concept.
随后,李校监发表讲话。他肯定赞扬了老师们在活动中取得的优异成绩和显著进步,也要求全员教师时刻牢记教学是我们第一位的工作。华美的每一步成长对于我们教师来说,都是挑战和机遇。我们的宗旨是以德树人,教好书的同时也要告诉孩子走好路。另外,李校监对教育教学工作中的一些细节也作了温馨提示:如作业批阅及时、准确、细致、鼓励,家校联系要做到极致,他期待老师们在新的学期能有新的提升。
Supervisor Li definitely praised the excellent achievements and remarkable progress made by the teachers, and asked all the teachers to keep in mind that teaching is our first job.
最后,王满英校长总结道:每位老师都要牢抓课堂教学常规,时刻要有理念培训意识和实践性培训意识。既提升自己的教学理论,也要提升自己的教学能力。她隆重宣读了本次初三“一模”的喜报,对初三在“一模”中取得的优异成绩表示祝贺,同时也期望我校首届初中毕业生在接下来的中考中会取得骄人的成绩。王校反复强调:把常规做到极致就是创新,把创新做成常规就是文化,因为把课上好是教师崇高的师德。

会议还对在“同题异构”教研活动中获得优胜奖的个人及集体进行了颁奖,张琦、 Matthew、李函书及代表初中组的李富贵等获奖教师从校领导手中接过这一份份金灿灿的证书,相信每位老师心底都有一份自豪和荣誉感。因为,这不单单只是一份荣誉,也是一份认可,更是一种鞭策。
是的,把课上好是教师最崇高的师德!
